Pain In Left Groin, Relief On Urinating, Increasing Pain, Occurs On Waking. Treatment?

I am a male and I have a pain in my left groin area every morning when I wake up almost like if I held my lee for a long time. Sometimes when I lee it goes away sometimes it does not. Eventually as the day goes on it goes away until the next morning. However the lenght of time that it hurts in the morning keeps on increasing.

You have a pain in left groin which goes away after urination.Do you get a bump or swelling in the groin? if so it is likely to be due to sliding Inguinal Hernia the contents of the hernial sac may be part of Urinary Bladder and that is the reason it is getting reduced after passing urine..Pl consult some surgeon to get it diagnosed correctly.
