Pain In Both Temples, Crawling In Skin On Temporal Area, Little Shocking Sensations. What Is This ?
HI i have been having pain in both my temples kinda like sinus pressure but it feels like bugs are crawling in my skin on my temporal area and little shocking sentations and it only seems to go away when i sleep then after being up for a couple hours it starts right back up again. its been going on since may and it happens almost everyday
There are different causes and types of headaches.
Headaches can be primary or secondary. In primary headaches there are no other associated medical conditions causing the headache. In secondary headaches there is a condition or disease that is causing the headache.
With a history of pain involving the temporal regions and abnormal sensations , it is possible that your symptoms are related to neuralgia This is pain related to a problem of the structure or function of the nerve. If this is the case there is medication available that may help you.
You should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.
