PCOS, Increased Testosterone Level. Taking Glycomet, Aldactone, Ginette, Finest. Suggestions?

Sir,I m 32 year old female,two year ago I diagnose with pcos by ultrasound,my testosterone level was 135.Other test including free testosterone,thyroid,17ah serum,dhea sulphate,Lh,Fsh all were normal.doctor advise for glycomet 500(2 times),aldectone 100,finest 5mg.,ginette 35
For one year, last year my testosterone level was 45(normal).doctor continue same Medicine, about a week ago my testosterone level is 106,what that it mean,is anything worry for me ,should I continue same medicine or change it
