Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there must be some organic cause, and some abnormality in your diet habits.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. In addition, avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Anemia could be the cause for non relief from the disease.
I advise you to take green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods for repair of the gut endothelium.
Though not confirmed avoid milk and milk products, gluten containing foods like wheat, barley etc.take more water.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms lactic acid bacilli frequently.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
