the right side of my face is numbish, my lips are tingling, all started today at 11am. and at random times over the past week my fingers have become tingly.. starting last friday i had a temp from 100.5 to 101.5 with strong sinus issues, and a sore throat, lack of voice. i broke the temp monday night, and wednesday my throat symptoms went away... no

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Its almost certain you deserve a consultation from an ENT point of view. A throat exam is needed and in your case, this should certainly be a bacterial infection of the family group A streptococci. A past history of sinusitis compels ascertaining integrity of sinus with specific sinus incidence X rays to know if there is pus collection to be drained or not. Left undone, spread to near by structures like brain and mastoids could be an eventuality and could be very dangerous.

Consult your physician from a fast examination, rapid giving of antibiotics to prevent complications,
