Not Getting Sleep At Night, Upset Stomach, Loss Of Appetite, Increased Heart Beat
Hi, Im an 18 year old female. I've been having a problem lately, i have problem sleeping at night i actually cant sleep at all. I always have an upset stomach and loss of appetite, and i don't have diarrhea . My heart also races and i have shortness of breath even when I'm sitting down. I also feel " Really sad and down. I don't know what may be the cause of this but it has been going on for a couple of months know.

Sleep disturbance is associated with depression which seems likely in your case however you should rule out other causes first before coming to conclusion. for this you can visit internal medicine specialist who would perform basic investigation like CBC, Thyroid function test, vitamine D and vit B12 profile etc You can try yoga and other relaxation techniques and think positive in your life.
It does not appear that you have any serious medical condition.
