Neck, Back Pain, Numbness In Right Hand And Foot, Painful Knots On Neck. Treatment?

Hi I have terrible back and neck pain . The last few weeks it is getting progressively worse. I can t stand up straight to walk, I look like I m 90 with a hunch back, which I wouldn t care if it didn t hurt so darn bad. It feels all swollen like from the inside out. My right leg/ foot and hand go numb. My neck gets big knots on it. But the pain in my mid back is the worst. I don t know what to do
