Myeloma, have skin irritation near the breast, bumps on the chest, neck. Have recently acquired a new pet. What could be the cause?

I have noticed in the past few days some skin irritations near my left breast and with small bumps in my chest area and one side of my neck . I thought first it might be insect bites (recently acquired a new cat but she had seen both the organization s vet as well as mine. I do have myeloma ( as yet untreated ) and have felt well all along.
