My implanon broke during volleyball today. It keeps pinching me and it hurts. I have a planned parenthood appointment for possible removal and reinsertion on tuesday, but what do I do until then ?

You can visit a hospital ER to get it removed. If it goes deeper, it can damage your nverves as well. Waiting for 5 days is not advisable.
