Rheumatologist Dr. Raheesh Ravindran's  Response
Dear sir/madam, As i can gather from what you have written,is that you have fluctuating blood pressures, you are suffering from two autoimmune diseases (viz-Lupus , Hashimotos thyroiditis) and you are not on any medications.I definitely feel that you should be worried about your fluctuating blood pressures with a background of lupus.Lupus is a disease which has a great propensity to involve the kidneys if not treated early and effectively.Kidney involvement may lead to high blood pressures.I would strongly recommend you to see your family physician at the earliest or even better a Rhuematologist as soon as possible. Hope you find my answer useful . Take care.
