Muscle Weakness And Trembling, Sensation Of Blood Rushing In Muscles On Change Of Posture, Dryness In Mouth And Throat. Get Relief On Deep Breathing. Reason?

I m 25 years old and for the last few days I have been feeling very weak and shaky, when i use my muscles i also get the sensation of blood rushing to them and I have to take two or three deep breaths to calm the weird sensation down (especially when going form sitting to standing). I also wake up with a dry mouth and throat .

From your description, it seems that you are suffering from stress and anxiety. Most of the times, decreasing the intake of caffeine and doing relaxation exercises like yoga and deep breathing exercises help in remission of such symptoms. Medicines are needed in case the symptoms are persistent.
