Multiple Bruises On Hips, And Pelvic Area. Does Regular Workout. Recommendations?
I have multiple bruises on my hips, and pelvic area. Just wondering if they are exercise induced??? I workout (weights) pretty heavy, and then finish off with a 4mile run about every other day. The bruises are small, like penny sized. They don't hurt at all and I wouldn't even know they were there if I had not seen them.
Hello, Although the Cause for a single bruise is generally a trauma but multiple bruises can be due to various factors like Low platelet count which can occur in many diseases Clotting factor abnormalities Use of drugs like blood thinners, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, aspirin etc Use of certatain health products like fish oil, ginkgo etc. You need to consult a doctor and get properly investigated for finding the cause. Ultimate treatment depends upon finding the cause. Thanks
