Hi,
The symptoms of mucus from your nose and throat could indicate you have sinusitis. This is an inflammation of the lining of your sinuses. Often there is no associated sore throat with sinusitis but there may be severe headaches particularly around the areas of your sinuses which are around the eyes and cheekbones. This may also feel like toothache. It may be worse when you move your head. Dizziness and a high temperature can also be symptoms of sinusitis as well.
Your wisdom tooth coming through may be causing some pain but it may be difficult to differentiate this pain from that of sinusitis.
I would recommend you try a decongestant spray for your nose from your pharmacy to see if this will relieve your symptoms in which case it is more likely you are suffering from sinusitis. Paracetamol and ibuprofen may help the pain. If you feel no better in a couple of days then I would suggest a visit to your dentist who will be better able to assess whether there is a problem with your erupting wisdom tooth.
I hope this has helped you.
I wish you good health,
