Hello, Nabothian cysts are a common finding on ultrasonogram and pelvic examination. They do not often need any treatment and the outlook is good as they are not tumors. However, if they grow big enough in size, they can cause torsion of the cervix. The likely cause for your delayed period seems to be hormonal as evidenced by the presence of an ovarian cyst. You can obtain better idea of the endometrial cavity through a trans-vaginal sonogram. The ovarian cyst can be managed medically. You would need hormones to induce a period and follow up with a couple of hormone courses, after a hormone profile is done. Hope this helps.
