Hello mam, postmenopausal bleeding shouldn't be taken lightly. I would like to know the endometrial thickness in ultrasound. She should ideally go for an hysteroscopic biopsy of endometrium to see for the cause. And if she still bleeds off and on then she should opt for hysterectomy and bilateral oophrectomy. Take care and all the best.
