Lump On Buttocks, No Pain, Not Changing In Size. Self Healing?

hi , found a quite hard pea sized lump on the right cheek of bum at bottom of bum crack about 2 weeks ago, no idea how long its been there but its still there now and is not getting any smaller but then not sure if its getting bigger, i thought it would go on its own but now am wondering what it is because it doesnt even hurt and everything i thought it would be would have gone by now, any ideas ?

Depending on the duration of the lump, it could be a sebaceous cyst. A biopsy can be done to confirm it.
