Lump Between Sternum And Collar Bone Which Is Causing Pain And Burning Sensation. What Is The Solution?

I found a lump on Sunday between the sternum and collar bone that was painful and with a burning sensation at first and painless now. I m planing on going to er tomorrow after work but I haven t been sleeping for the last past nights. I m a 40 year old female. Sorry my emAil address is YYYY@YYYY

Those would likely be swollen lymph nodes and definitely need to be checked out by the doctor when you go in. They can probably wait the week or so but don't put it off too much longer. You need to get to the bottom of this and rule out lymphoma.
