Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of descent of fetal presenting part, i.e., the baby is coming down. The pains are likely to be coming from the pelvic ligaments and joints that get loosened in preparation for labor. I advice you to see your doctor immediately as your are post caesarean for an assessment. Wish you a safe delivery.
