Loose, sagging breasts, recently lost weight. Suggest creams and home remedies for firm breasts?

hi doc, greetings! im 24 years old and unmarried. i had tight and perfect shape breasts but now its very loose and saggy. i dont know the reason why. im slim then and now, may be i lost some pounds and physically weak which could be the reason i guess. im getting married and im worried about my breasts. please suggest me some cream for firmness and some home remedies also.

Creams or massages will not help much for firmness of your breasts.
Go for finding the reasons for loosing your weight like any chronic illness etc.
Take high protein diet like milk, cereals, pulses, puddings, cheese, panier, butter, ghee etc.
Take some protein powder.
This will help to built your breast mass giving you firmness and well shaped breasts.
Avoid stress.
Rule out thyroid, anemia.
