Liver Inflammation, Random Appearance Of Bruise On Arm, Tiredness. Blood Test Done. Are The Symptoms Interlinked?

hi, i have recently been told by my g.p that some bloodwork I had done has shown I have some inflammation on my liver . They, think its a gall bladder issue. I have had a bruise appear randomly on my arm and feel unwell in general and am so tired. I dont know if its all linked but I m waiting on a scan. Any advice would be appreciated
