Hi
Welcome to health care magic.
The symptoms in the supraumbilical region consisting of pain and tightness of stomach are suggestive of acid peptic disorder due to high acid output and maybe some ulceration and mucositis.
You should get examined by a local physician and get treated with PPIs or other anti ulcer antisecretory medication most likel under supervision of a physician or a gastroenterologist.
You should avoid alcohol, fried foods, fast foods and smoking if any of them happen to be in your habits.
I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
