Light Headed, Tingling Fingers. Menopausal, On Anti-depressants. Is This Iron Deficiency ?

Hi! Just the past 4 or 5 days I started experiencing light headedness, bordering on the odd dizzy spell, mostly when I'm standing or walking, but now starting to feel it in all positions, most of the time. Today my fingers started tingling too. I'm 52, have been menopausal for some time, been mostly healthy, taking 1 sleeping pill a night for the past 5 years or so, started a course of mild antidepressants for about 3 months, been off them for about a month now. Is this something I should get checked out in a hurry? I was thinking maybe it's just an iron deficiency?
Thanks in advance

Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it is due to b12,folic acid, calcium and other vitamin deficiency.
Go for cbc,urine,fbs,ppbs,b12,calcium,d3 investigations to rule out underlying condition.
Start haemitinic, b12,folic acid,calcium,d3,minerals and other vitamin supplements.
Intra muscular injections of b12,folic acid will be helpful.
Ibendronate, risedronate is advisable to prevent osteoporosis.
Go for exercise,yoga regularly.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
