Light Headed, Dizziness. Undergone Anterior Full Hip Replacement Weeks Ago. Taking Aspirin. Any Ideas?
Gday ive had a anterior full hip replacement three weeks ago and everything went realy well ime still on aspirin once a day but ime very active and dont realy have alot of pain but i am feeling light headed and dizzy at times and a bit vaige ive had my blood pressure checked and it is fine can anyone shed any light on this is it normal to be dizzy & feel faint at times.
Hi, it is only 3 weeks passed, and it appears that you are having all the movements. In my openion at least 8 weeks should be crossed before you do all the movements. You do restricted movements, and do some physiotherapy, for making the limbs suitable for weight bearing. Thank you.
Dizziness is not a normal symptom. It is seen in many conditions like Heart related conditions, stroke, Transient ischemic attacks, Middle ear infections, panic disorders, Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo etc.
So, a detailed clinical examination by a physician along with appropriate investigations may help in establishing a diagnosis of your condition.
Hope this information is helpful. Good day
