Leg And Back Hurts, Blackened Eyes, Red Puffiness Of Eyeball, Tired, Drowsy, Urinates Often, Headaches

My legs and back hurt all the time and I have blackened eyes and red puffyness of the eyeball (I have not been hit in the face) I am always tired and drowsy and having to pee in the middle of the night like 3 times. I also sometimes get a metallic taste in my mouth, as well as headaches and irriated skin. they have gotten worse over the last 2 days. Please help.

All this may be due to insufficient sleep and Vitamin deficiency. Drink plenty of water during the day and avoid drinking water after dinner and before going to bed, proper hydration does reduce dark circle around the eyes. Also start Multi-Vitamin and calcium supplements.
