What Causes Headaches And Lower Back Pain?

i have been having headaches all day and no kind of medicine have been getting rid of it...its on top on right side...also my lower right back on right side hurting...my neck is hurting and also my right side and i feel tired all the time and my eyes feel tired too...

there are many conditions where these symptoms are present .
1-migraine- pain on one side of head
photophobia
nausea and vomiting
it last for minute to hours.
2-cluster headache - pain all over head
rhinorrhea
redness of eyes
3-check your blood pressure.
4-meningitis - it is caused by microorganisms but in this case there would be severe headache ,nausea and vomiting,raised temprature and most significant neck rigidity .
i would suggest you to do following
take paracetamol 500mg tablets SOS when having headache
take adequate fluid to keep your body hydrated.
do not skip a meal.
once you are diagnosed you would be treated accordingly.
