Left Arm Tingling Numbness, Dizziness And Chest Pain. Is This Normal With Anxiety ?

Hello i have been having left arm tingling numbness and pain along with dizziness and chest pain on the left side for four days now, I went to the hospital and they said my heart looked fine but that it was anxiety. Is this normal to be feeling with anxiety. I have had several panic attacks within the last four days. I used ecstacy on Wednesday night

Yes it is sign of anxiety. Ecstacy may cause unusual sensation too.
