Late Periods, Brown Discharge 2 Weeks After Periods. Had Protected Sex. Any Ideas?

I had sex about 4 times this month all protected and he did not finish in the condom or at all for that matter. We always check the condom for breaks before in the middle and after sex. I had a little brown discharge for 3 days 2 weeks after my period I went on vacation and have been extremely stressed because I am 7 days late. What can be the reason??
