Large Lump In Front Of Right Ear, Tender, Headaches. Anything To Worry?

I have had a large lump in front of my right ear for a couple of days. It is a little tender and it was starting to worry me. Now I have noticed that I have a smaller lump in front of my left ear, too.

Is this something to be concerned about? I have been having headaches for the past few days. This may or may not be related, but I've had a few small red bumps on my torso, which seemed to bust like a blister with fluid inside when I scratched them.

Thanks.

Hello,

Greetings from HCM. The lump in front of the ear could be various swellings. Commonly it could be a lymph node, as it is painful on touch. These get bigger with inflammation and smaller once it is treated. Sometimes, a swelling in front of the ear can arise from a salivary gland called the parotid. Benign swellings of the parotid commonly present in front of the ear, but grow slowly over many years. Rarely a cyst or other harmless swellings like lipoma can present there.
Regarding the headache and blisters on torso, don't think they are related to the ear swelling. Would recommend you to get an examination done, so that it can be treated accordingly.

Thx and Take care.
