Itchy, Sore, Large Lump On Neck, Lumps On Joints, Fatigue. Have Scleroderma. Suggest
hi I have scleraderma and also have many lumps in my joins and a very large lump on my neck under my hair line which has been there for over a year and is growing, its ichy and sore. I feel unwell most of the time and find it hard to each during the day. when I do its very small, but have not lost any weight. I am so very tired all the time.
Hi and thanks for the query, you might need to consult a physician. it is compelling to exclude a tumor that could present with these symptoms.CT scans, MRI s and a biopsy, after a proper clinical evaluation is very important. Its important to identify the particular cause of these symptoms. Chest X rays, abdominal ultrasounds could be useful to exclude any metatstasis in case it a tumor. It s however not rare to observe lymph node swelling in scleroderma. But considering the clinical scenario, excluding especially a tumoral origin in this case is of utmost importance.
