Is Underarm Swelling On One Side Fat Or Lymph Node?
How can you tell if underarm swelling on one side is fat or a lymph gland..Is there a blood test, rather than an xray that could confirm fat? My underarm hair disappeared and the swelling is only under my right arm.

Hi,
By clinical examination type of swelling can be found out. Fatty swelling (Lipoma) is very soft to touch and is mobile and vice versa. Diagnosis is confirmed by biopsy(FNAC). Blood test and x-ray don't determine the swelling.
