Is There Medication Available For Depression, Loss Of Confidence And Panic Attacks?
Im not sure really what to write. I just keep feeling very down like evrything is just getting on top of me! I keep having kinda panic attacks where I just cant coup with anything and things just seem to keep piling up and getting me down and affecting my confidence. Is there any herbel or slf medication that can help me to calm down and stop having panic attacks? Thanks.
If depression and panic attacks are severe then consultation with a psychiatrist and medicinal treatment is advised. You have low confidence, Depression and panic attacks. Herbal medicines and self medicinal methods are also available but they have poor results- -St Johns Wart is a natural plant and this have excellent results in anxiety and depression. -Omega 3 Fatty acids supplements also hasten recovery. Peanuts, Walnuts have rich source. They also decrease anxiety. -Start taking Vitamin B12 supplements. -Take diet rich in proteins and carbs but low in fat. This will increase serotonin in brain and will improve depression. -Sleep properly for at least 7-8 hour per day to keep yourself relaxed. - Behaviour Therapy, Relaxation Exercises help in quick recovery.
