I have never snored in my like till now as I am going through menopause. I am not over weight and I do not drink alcohol. Although I do not do specific exercises I would say I am fairly fit and active. I have tried using 2 pillows, I always sleep on my side not sure wht else to do but I have trouble sleeping as I don't want to disturb others in the house.

help!

will the symptoms go after the menopause? and when is after?
