I'm on the depo shot & I'be been going through menopause for a few yrs now. how will I know when I'm done with menopause? my heart tells me to stop taking the shot but at the same time I don't want to if I'm not done with going through menopause cause I have very bad periods.

You have to do your FSH and LH levels and estrogen and progesterone levels to determine menopause.
