Hello dear,

Welcome to healthcaremagic. I have read your query and understood your concern.

Onabet cream is a good topical antifungal cream. It is totally safe to use and neither its excess use cause any undue harmful effect.

I will advice you to consult your dermatologist in person so that visual inspection of the lesion can be done and proper advice can be given.

Do not take panic.
If possible attach a pic of the lesion so that i can help you to my best.
Stay healthy.
