I am a lady of 20 yrs. I am in a lot of tension and worry regarding my studies. I have read an article on anxiety and the symptoms given there are very similar to mine. The onset of symptoms was 4 months back when I had rapid heart beat, restlessness , chills etc. It has happened 6-7 times since then. I feel counseling can solve my problem. Please tell me some tips to remain happy and tension free. How do I drive away the tension causing thoughts from my mind?? Can I get counseling through internet for that??
