Hello,

You are having tendon tear. For that anti-inflammatory medication can be prescribed for five days.

Avoid strenuous activities and take rest. You can apply ice wrapped in a cloth over the affected part. Avoid running and brisk walking. Avoid further usage of ciprofloxacin as it can aggravate tendon Tear.

If not heal until you consult orthopedic surgeon than surgical management might be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
