is it okay to smoke a small amount of cannabis while taking cipro for an infection for an injured toenail? Will the cannabis decrease the effectiveness of this antibiotic. Also, will there be any issue with a tetanus shot that was received yesterday.

Its better to avoid cannabis with cipro or any antibiotic. Because it cause sporadic muscle convulsions.
Your recent tetanus shot will not have any interactions with the cannabis.
