Is It Normal To Have Diarrhea And Vomiting Sensation After Taking Flucloxacillin?
I have a boil on my left inside leg, my doctor prescribed flucloxacillin, which I am on my 5th day, the boil has not erupted and I feel like I want to vomit and when I take the tablet, I have a diahrrea stool almost as soon as I have eaten. I feel very low and have not been to work. Is this normal?

hello,
flucloxacillin can cause vomiting and diarrhea. if you aren't tolerating it well, you should switch to a cephalosporin eg cefaclor in consultation with your doctor.
