What Is The Right Medicament For Fever And Vomiting For An Infant?

8th Month baby with fever and vomiting. After feeding food/Milk, vomiting sensation will start and he vomits. For fever we are giving Modomol drops. Please suggest if we can use Vomibrium drops (Composition: Domperidone B.P 10 mg) at the same time for vomiting sensation along with fever medicine.

hi,yeaa you can give the vomibrium drops alon with fever medicine.or you can start syrup-emeset 3ml twice daily for vomiting.
