Is Hysterectomy Or Nuvosure Procedure The Solution For Endometrial Polyps?

I have had a ultra sound of my uterus and the results were The anteverted uterus measures 9.9x5.1x7.0 cms with a 16mm edometrial stripe thickness. There are probable endometrial polyps with a heterogeneoud edometrial echotexture, incresed flow by color Doppler assessment and a 9 millimeter focal mass. Also the myometrium is heterogeneous and adenomyosis cannot be excluded focal probable andenomyosis is seen with 2 areas measuring 32 millimeters and 14 millimeters. I was told I needed a hysterectomy which I can not afford as I have no insurance, but was told I needed ISI (some saline test) and I could have the Nuvosure proceedure and that would stop the bleeding. I am 50yrs of age with bleeding everyday but 4 days for the last 2 months. My question would be do I need to have the hysterectomy or would the Nuvosure work and allow me to funtion like normal and would I have to have the hysterectomy later anyway because the size of my uterus and the adenomyosis?
