Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Swine flu usually presents with severe fast breathing, cough, cold, respiratory distress and high grade fever spikes. Confirmatory test are by h1n1 PCR from nasopharyngeal swab. Even if it is swine flu, no need to worry. Treat with Oseltamivir for 5 days, it is a good drug.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
