Hi

See your symptoms do not seem to be related to the tubal operation that you have.
You basically have some form of abdominal discomfort which needs further assessment.
Your symptoms look like those of an irritable abdomen.
You need to be investigated for the same.
You should see a nearby gastroenterologist who can evaluate and investigate you to look for the cause of such a presentation.
You might need abdominal ultrasound and other tests.
