Is Blood Sugar Level Of 2.9 Harmful?

Hi, I haven't been feeling well for the last 3 years, very dizzy, blurry vision, everytime I ate, did not feel well. I saw 2 different doctors and had a lot of tests. The only thing they told me is you have GERD and heartburn...But wake up tired, dizzy blurry vision cold hands, etc..Finally a doctor tested me for diabetes and said I didn't have it. And another doctor tested me for hypoglycemia over a 4 hours testing. After 3 hours, my blood sugar went down to 2.9. Is this dangerous, does it mean I am hypoglecemic. My father had diabetes. Please help?

Dear sir/madam i can understand your concern

The main reason for falling of blood sugar might be due to mismatch of glucose absorption and first phase insulin release.

During very early stage of pre diabetes,After taking food the signal from our stomach will reach pancreas in a delayed time.usually in a healthy individual the release of insulin and glucose absorption will be synchronized.
Due to loss of this synchronization and delayed release of insulin the sugar will drop more than expected.
To this mechanism insulin resistance also will contribute a little. This mechanism is called as Reactive hypoglycemia.

for further discussion need to have some information like
1.your height weight and age.
2.Daily how much time you do exercise?
3.lab reports

low sugars in non diabetic individuals is not a problem relax there is nothing worry
regards
