Is Autoimmune Disease And UTI Interlinked?

i have been having frequent urine infections since i had my daughter in 2010 when i go to the doctors my urnine shows i have blood, white blood cells, lucisites in the urine which indicates infection- when the urine is sent off to the lab there is no tract of infections it comes back as "no growth" so the doctors thought maybe there if inflamation inside the bladder, since then ive has a camera in the bladder and the bladder was health looking. im so sick and tired of this now. also a blood test recently shows i have some kind of "autoimmune disease" i am wating to see a consultant - could these be linked? thank you.
