General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Ashwagandha can provide some symptomatic relief but it has got no proven evidence for its efficacy. It is better to consult a rheumatologist for better evaluation and proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
