Is A Delay In Periods After Taking Jolessa Worrisome?

I am taking Jolessa and just started with the white pills on Sunday. I still haven't gotten my period yet. Should I be worried? This is my first pack of Jolessa so I am not sure if it is just my body getting used to the pill or if there is something wrong? Help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Periods will start with in 3- 5 days after completing hormonal pills. It is common to see scanty flow or no flow at all in first few months, no need to worry, can continue with your next pack of pills.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vidya K. R., General & Family Physician
