Since medicine was prescribed after consulting an Urologist, thus he might have done Semen analysis to diagnose the said conditions.

1. Confido: is an Ayurveda drug which is a non hormonal therapy, acting on the higher centres of emotions in the brain and locally on the sex organs. confido reduces anxiety and calms the individual. By acting through the neuro endocrine pathway, confido regulates the process of ejaculation, thus is indicated in spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation and nocturnal emission.

PS
. It is not indicated for low motility and low sperm count, Speman tablet [himalaya] and Addyzoa tablet [charak] are specific medicine for low sperm count and motility.
. It is advisable to consult your physician for long term treatment
. No absolute contra indications.

2. Fertyl M [clomifene]: is an allopathy drug for male infertility, an easy drug to misuse because it is cheap and easy to prescribe with side effects like: dizziness, nausea, rashes, depression, weight gain, loss of hair, blurring of vision, abdominal discomfort

PS. consult your physician or get a second opinion since drug drug interaction could be there [allopathy-ayurveda]
PS. Clomiphene should not be taken, unless adequate monitoring is performed simultaneously. It should also not be prescribed for more than 6 months. Clomiphene is also commonly misused as "empiric " treatment - as a treatment to "enhance fertility" when the doctor cannot offer anything else.
