Irregular periods, movements in lower abdomen. Pregnancy?

Hi. I have had multiple pregnancy tests at home but they all come back negative. The last one was two days ago. My last period was 90 days ago. Ever since my splectomy to keep my platelet levels from dwindling, my period has always been speratic but has never been this long between cycles. Recently, i have been feeli g a lot of movement in my lower abdomen. Is it possible i could be pregnant. My husband and i have been trying to bave a baby, and i heard from coworkers that it is possible. I would greatly appreciate it if you could shed some light. Thank you in advance

Thanks for your query.
With multiple negative pregnancy tests, you are NOT pregnant.
What you are feeling could be muscle flutterings in the lower abdomen.
These are routine twitches of the abdominal muscles.
You need a gynecological evaluation to know the cause of missed periods, which would include having a pelvic ultrasound, which would conclusively rule out pregnancy for you.
All the best.
Take care.
