Don't worry at all. There is no harm in taking ginger regarding sex at all.See, ginger tests very tikha in mouth, but as it digests it becomes sweet;what we say vipaka in ayurveda. The fresh ginger is medium hot/not so hot but the dry ginger becomes hot i.e. the virya becomes ushna.
Now in ayurveda its called vishwabhishjya i.e. this drug is applicable in all diseases and what we say in aushadhi yogas.
Also the fresh ginger has a unique property of incerasing sex health, i.e. vrushya property.Hence ginger is the beloved +fast acting drug giving perfect result in ayurveda.I maximum suggest eating ginger to my patients including children in the form of juice/churna/wet root etc.So eat a ginger piece daily and have a healthy life.

1. In Ayurveda ginger is known as "vrishya" i.e. which is used in sexual diseases, thus you can consume it safely, moreover it acts as anti inflammatory (because of its prostaglandin inhibiting effect), reduces uric acid, high cholesterol levels in blood, and is a household remedy to bring down fever (as ginger tea),and recent studies have proved its anti fungal, anti bacterial and anti microbial action also.
2. because ginger acts as an anti platelet drug thus make sure to regularly check your platelet count,so that it may not reduce to point where effective homeostasis can't be achieved, also you should not take it while undergoing surgery, because it might blunt the response of anesthesia given.
3. It is recommended to take this herb under the guidance of a qualified health care provider who is knowledgeable in botanical medicine (Drravya guna)

Welcome to Healthcare Magic

Ginger is good for many symptoms but excess can cause heart burn, irritation in mouth, loose stools. It is known to cause blood thinning and can cause bleeding if taken in large doses. Don't take ginger if any bleeding problem. It can decrease blood sugar, be careful when taking with anti-diabetic drug. It can drop blood pressure, be careful when taking medicine for BP.
