I had sex and the condom slipped off as he was pulling out... I missed a period and I'm now having throat pain and coughing up green mucus.... I was under alot of stress what could it be?

Green mucus is usually due to an infection or allergy you may have picked up while being stressed because stress decreases immunity. The strength of your medications will depend upon whether your pregnancy is confirmed or not and has to be supervised by your physician. In the meantime you may take rest and adopt home remedies and medicated throat rinses.
